What is the return policy?
Because every item is made to order, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order because of production, you will need to email hellomondaysupply@gmail.com
When will I get my order?
Our current processing times are 1-8 weeks. This means it can take 1-8 weeks for your item to be MADE. We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are handmade in office by our team in Virginia.
I need to change my order
In order to change your order you will need to email hellomondaysupply@gmail.com. Order changes are accepted for 3 hours following an order. After that time, we are unable to modify your order.
